For Report —Attendance of Farrah on behalf of CSW at the West Hawaii Family Violence Interagency Fair on 03/06/26. IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS A. Next meeting: Wednesday, April 151" at 11:30 a.m., (in person or via zoom). If any member of the Committee is unable to attend the scheduled meeting, please contact support staff at least one (1) day prior to the meeting date. B. Please share agenda items twelve (12) days prior to next meeting date (agenda item deadline: April 1st 2026) C. Duration of meetings shall not exceed 2hrs., any items not covered on the agenda shall be continued by way of vote to the next regular meeting. X. ADJOURNMENT Executive Session: An executive session may be called in order for the Committee to consult with its attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the committee's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities, pursuant to Section 92-5 (a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes. Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2- 91. 3( b), Hawaii County Code]. A lobbyist means If any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
