TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br /> 11/2024 <br /> Purpose: To regulate passenger-carrying motor vehicles such as taxis,and other <br /> vehicles exempted by the Public Utilities Commission,and to serve as an <br /> advisory commission on mass transit and other transportation-related <br /> matters. <br /> Authority: Hawaii County Code,Section 18-3,as amended. <br /> Appointment: The Mayor with Council approval.
