Mayor’s Office Update on the Peninsula: Mayor Kimo Alameda and/or <br />designated representatives have been invited to comment and provide guidance on <br />initiatives related to the . <br />4. Hilo Bayfront Trails Inc.: Presentationby representatives of Hilo Bayfront Trails Inc. <br />regarding proposed future plans and visions for pedestrian and bicycle trail connectivity <br />along Banyan Drive. <br /> Concerns on Private Property Interest: Discussion of concerns related to private <br />property interests along Banyan Drive, including potential implications for <br />redevelopment and long-term planning. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />1. Approval of meeting minutes from the February 27 <br />Redevelopment Agency meeting. <br />2.
