So, the Board Chair is Ms. Cabanas for the <br />calendar year 2026. <br /> <br />And so, now, we are on the Vice-Chair position. So, may I have a motion to nominate a Board <br />member for the Vice-Chair position. <br /> <br />MR. THOMAS: Move to nominate Suzi Bond. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: I second.
