Hawaii County Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />February 12, 2004 <br />Page 5 <br />COMMISSIONER DE SILVA motioned that the Police Commission request an opinion <br />from the Corporation Counsel relating to how the Police Commission can obtain subpoena <br />power, in addition to that it currently possesses for contested cases, to compel the <br />attendance of witnesses before the Police Commission and to compel the production of <br />documents and things.
