Commissioner Muller seconded the motion, and it carried with a nay from <br />Commissioner Bertsch. <br />• HPC 03 -36: Complainant alleged that an officer had her truck towed, told her that it <br />would not be returned until after the investigation which could drag on, and that he <br />called her a liar. Commissioner Bertsch motioned to refer the complaint to the <br />investigator.
