HPC 04 -23: Complainant alleged that an officer conducted an intimidating and harassing method of investigation when she made a complaint about her neighbor. Commissioner Lassiter motioned to refer the complaint to the investigator. Commissioner Bertsch seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. • REVIEW OF DRAFT OF REVISED RULES.
