NATURE OF APPLICATION: Applicant submitted an application for a Change in Category to B2 from A, of its current Restaurant General liquor license, Category A (REST-G-32 1). REASON FOR CHANGE IN CATEGORY TO B2: Applicant currently has a Category A (a premises in which recorded music is permitted), however, would like to change its Category to B2 (a premises in which recorded music, live entertainment, and dancing are permitted) to allow for live entertainment within its restaurant in the form of a soloist and/or small band, and occasional dancing by patrons who are enjoying the music.
