Hawaii County Police Commission <br />Public Hearing Minutes <br />October 21, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br />RULE 8 <br />After discussion on the usage of words, and at the recommendation of Corporation <br />Counsel Ashida, action was taken. <br />Under Sufficient Evidence, Commissioner Robinson moved and Commissioner <br />Frazier seconded to change the word "support" to "prove" and under Insufficient <br />Evidence, to delete "or" and "disprove." The motion carried unanimously. <br />Commissioner Robinson moved and Commissioner Frazier seconded to amend <br />Rule 8 to read as follows: <br />(e) Classification of Case Findings. <br />(1) Sufficient Evidence. There is sufficient evidence to prove the <br />complainant's allegations. <br />(2) Insufficient Evidence.
