Hawaii County Police Commission
Regular Session Minutes
April 21, 2006
Page 7
Complaint HPC 06 -05: Complainant, a juvenile, alleged that an officer harassed him and
his friends about drinking. The complaint was deferred to the
next meeting due to a lack of a quorum.
Complaint HPC 06 -07: Complainant stated that she was arrested at the hospital
emergency room for disorderly conduct.
