Hawaii County Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />August 11, 2006 <br />Page 6 <br />Commissioner Robinson moved and Vice Chair Morimoto seconded that there was <br />insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's allegations. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />• Complaint HPC 06 -15: Complainant alleged that officers intimidated her when they <br />responded to her sister's call. Commissioner Lundkvist moved and Vice Chair <br />Morimoto seconded that there was insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's <br />allegations.
