Commissioner Politano Steckel moved and Commissioner Mitchell seconded to defer the complaint to the next meeting in Hilo in order to give the complainant and the officers another opportunity to testify. • Complaint HPC 07 -02: Complainant took his undeclared Colt 45 through airport security and had to surrender it to the police. He alleged that an officer illegally retrieve his personal property. Commissioner Robinson moved and Commissioner Whittemore seconded that there was insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's allegations.
