The motion carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS - None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Lundkvist moved and Commissioner Politano Steckel seconded to approve <br />the minutes of July 20, 2007, regular and executive sessions. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />PERSONNEL ORDERS <br />Commissioner Lundkvist moved and Commissioner Sumja seconded to accept the <br />Personnel Orders as listed. The motion carried unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved and Commissioner Sumja seconded to accept the <br />communications as listed. The motion carried unanimously. <br />
