ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the <br /> West Hawaii Civic Center, Building A, Council Chambers, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway, Kailua-Kona, HI. <br /> XI. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Meeting Instructions and Information <br /> Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted by email to <br /> Police.Commission@hawaiipolice.gov, by mail, or in person at the Police Commission's office located <br /> at 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony will be accepted at any time prior <br /> to the meeting. However, if possible, please submit written testimony by 12:00 noon, two business <br /> days before the meeting. Note that all written testimony is considered a public record. <br /> Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear public <br /> testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called, or as allowed at <br /> the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes; please plan accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities. If you need an <br /> auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact Charisse Correa by phone at <br /> (808) 961-2236 or by email at Police.Commision@hawaiipolice.gov as soon as possible, preferably <br /> three days before the meeting date. Requests made as early as possible have a greater likelihood of <br /> being fulfilled. Upon request, this notice is available in alternate/accessible formats. <br />
