ANNOUNCEMENTS The next regular meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Building A, Council Chambers, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, HI. XI. ADJOURNMENT Meeting Instructions and Information Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted by email to Police.Commission@hawaiipolice.gov, by mail, or in person at the Police Commission's office located at 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony will be accepted at any time prior to the meeting. However, if possible, please submit written testimony by 12:00 noon, two business days before the meeting. Note that all written testimony is considered a public record. Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called, or as allowed at the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes; please plan accordingly. Special Assistance: The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
