Hawaii County Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />April 17, 2009 <br />Page 6 <br />allegation. Commissioner Politano Steckel seconded the motion, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br />• HPC 09 -12: Complainant alleged that when officers responded to a domestic dispute <br />at his home, they decided his guilt and insisted he leave his residence. Commissioner <br />Morimoto moved that there was insufficient evidence to prove the complainant's <br />allegations.
