Requests and suggestions for agenda items for the next regular meeting on Monday, <br />May 11, 2026. <br /> <br />Chr. Chang stated that the agenda for the May 11, 2026 regular meeting would include <br />presentation of the site visit reports, but that the Commission would not be able to discuss <br />them at that time and would only receive the reports. She further stated that the May <br />meeting might be one of the few meetings with enough time to discuss matters that usually <br />cannot be addressed during regular meetings because of fuller agendas. She then invited <br />commissioners to suggest additional matters they would like placed on the next meeting <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Other potential items for discussion: <br /> <br />1. Roles and responsibilities for parcels under both Parks and Recreation and PONC, and how <br />stewardship grants work for those parcels <br />2. Update on Zoom capabilities for PONC meetings <br />3. Signage <br />4. Policy on commercial and fundraising activities on PONC properties <br />5. Update on the new grant website <br />6.
