Presentation by Planning Department regarding Makahanaloa Fishing <br /> Association's complaint regarding fishing access at TMK: (3) 2-8-012:028, the <br /> public access easement on the Pepeekeo shoreline, and GMAC's <br /> recommendations to the County's General Plan. Commissioner R. Duerr <br /> f. Presentation: DOCARE will discuss new recruits and allocation of personnel on <br /> land and water. <br /> g. Presentation: USDA will discuss wild game harvest, game management, and <br /> game diseases. <br /> h. Presentation: Mauna Kea Oversight Authority will provide an update regarding <br /> hunting access on Mauna Kea. <br /> i. The Commission intends to discuss topics for future GMAC agenda <br /> presentations. Chair Wong Chong r <br /> j. The commission will discuss the sewer discharge issue in Keaukaha and who to <br /> invite for a presentation on the issue and if it has any effect on marine life. <br /> k. Discussion regarding whether GMAC meetings can be held from 6:00 p.m. to <br /> 8:00 p.m. and status of Commissioner vacancies. Also, determine if a PIG <br /> should be formed. <br /> I. Discussion and Decision Making: On the final draft GMAC 2025 second, third, <br /> and fourth, quarter reports. Commissioner R. Duerr <br /> 7. NEW BUSINESS: None. <br /> 8. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> 9. ADJOURNMENT. <br /> Executive Session: This Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive <br /> sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and <br /> 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and issues <br /> pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds <br /> (2/3) vote pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statute Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive <br /> session. Executive sessions are closed to the public. Commissioners attending the meeting from <br /> private locations shall advise if any person is with them (except for the names of minors). <br /> Note: This meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 minutes to restore communication <br /> when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all Commission members <br /> participating in the meeting or with the "in-person" location identified in this agenda. This meeting <br /> may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only <br /> communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual <br /> communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this subsection within <br /> 30 minutes after an interruption to communication, the remaining items on this agenda shall be <br /> continued to the next meeting. <br /> County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
