ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING <br /> PURSUANT to Board of Appeals (hereinafter"Board") Rule 3-3, a virtual pre-hearing <br /> conference was held on October 30, 2025. Mark M. PURSUANT to Board of Appeals Rule 3- <br /> 1(c), the chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing. <br /> ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, February 13, 2026, at 9:30 <br /> a.m., at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane <br /> Keohokalole Highway,Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. <br /> A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for December 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via <br /> Zoom.
