Although the Board has not yet confirmed the form of the <br /> Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order for PL-BOA-2024-000104 & 105, I understand that your <br /> request for a transcript is in anticipation of filing an appeal after the Board's process is formally concluded. To <br /> that end, the Board's staff will start drafting the requested transcript for the October 11, 2024 hearing. <br /> Would you be requesting a transcript of PL-BOA-2024-000104 & 105 hearing of the Findings of Fact, <br /> Conclusion of Law and Order on December 13, 2024 as well? <br /> Please note that once the draft transcript is completed, it will need to be approved by the Board at a Board <br /> meeting prior to transmittal.
