Waltjen <br />Director <br />SUBJECT: Application No. 25-17, Hawaiian Shrimp LLC dba Hawaiian Shrimp Restaurant, <br />for an original Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2, located at <br />16-119 Orchidland Drive Suite B 1, .ea`au, Hawai `i 96749; TMK: 1-6-009:3 86. <br />NATURE OF APPLICATION: This is an application for an original Restaurant General <br />liquor license, Category B2. <br />CATEGORY B2: Category B2 allows the licensee to provide recorded music, live <br />entertainment, and dancing within its licensed premises. <br />APPLICANT: The applicant, Hawaiian Shrimp LLC, is a domestic limited liability company, <br />registered with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawai `i, on <br />January 20, 2026. It is manager -managed with its sole member and manager as follows: <br />Waylon Nihipali <br />The name of the registered agent in the State of Hawaii is as follows: <br />Waylon Nihipali, 315 E Maka`ala Street Suite 106A, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />PERSONAL HISTORY: For information relative to the personal history of the applicant, <br />please refer to Exhibit 1 attached. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at <br />16-119 Orchidland Drive, Kea` au Hawai `i, 96749. For further information please refer to the Site <br />Map attached as Exhibit 2. <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises consists of approximately 3,440 <br />square feet. The interior consists of kitchen facilities, dining areas, bar area with stools, storage, <br />and separate men and women restrooms for its customers and employees. Ample parking is <br />available in the parking lot fronting the proposed licensed premises.
