SHPD received subsequent information on November 7, 2025 in support of the project (HICRIS <br /> Submission Nos.2025PRO1081.003 and 225 PR l 1. . <br /> The previously proposed project area was comprised of the entire 3.677-acre parcel;the project proponent proposed <br /> the development of a 5-lot subdivision consisting ofparcel s ofat least 0.5 acre each for residential purposes and ground <br /> disturbing activities to facilitate the subdivision. The updated and current project area under the current permit <br /> application comprises a . -acre portion of the project parcel;the proposed project consists of the construction of <br /> residence and associated infrastructure and appurtenances. The proposed project will include the following: <br /> • Construction of a 2-story single-family dwelling 704 sq.ft.first floor and 1088 sq. ft.second floor). <br /> • Construction of a 60 ft.long by 35 ft.wide pickleball court(slab on grade only,no fencing around perimeter). <br /> • Construction of an access road that will measure 55 ft.by 15 ft. with a rock wall and gate system at the entry <br /> point. Access to the proposed dwelling will be directly from the Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road. <br /> • Installation of a septic system(see construction plans in HI R1S submittal materials). <br /> • Grading or excavation associated with the installation of the residence foundation,pickleball court and septic <br /> system. <br /> • Installation of associated utility improvements,such as waterline installation and electrical utility poles. <br /> • A 1 -foot wide, cinder-surfaced public pedestrian access easement will also be provided along the entire <br /> northern boundary of the subject property, adjacent to the existing adjoining State lands once the subject <br /> permit approved. <br /> Planning Dept. <br /> 'Exhibit 2 <br />
