DETAILS OF PROPOSED USE / DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. Applicant's Request <br /> Mark Wyatt, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", is requesting a Special Management <br /> Area (SMA) Use Permit to allow for the development of a 5-lot subdivision consisting of <br /> parcels at least one-half (1/2) acre in size, on the subject property consisting of <br /> approximately 3.677 acres of land situated along the Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road <br /> within the Kaimu-Makena Homesteads, District of Puna. The proposed development <br /> also includes the construction of a proposed single-family dwelling and related <br /> improvements on each of the proposed lots as determined by the individual lot owners. <br /> 2.
