A copy of six "Declaration[s] of Compliance [with] HRS Section 46-88 Relating to Agricultural Structures" submitted by I'O Processing to Public Works, dated December 30, 2022 (HRS § 46-88(5) requires a person seeking a building permit exemption for certain agricultural buildings to submit written notice to the County prior to commencing work). 2. A copy of an email string, where the latest email is dated January 13, 2023; in the email, DPW informs I'O Processing that its structures do not qualify for building permit exemptions under HRS § 46-88. 3. A copy of an email string, where the latest email is dated February 10, 2023; in the email, DPW informs I'O Processing that per HRS § 46-88, in order to be exempt, manufactured pre-engineered commercial buildings or structures must comply with appropriate county codes and have been pre-approved by a county or building official.
