The reason for the request is to allow additional time for the parties to work on the following issues: (1) lo Processing's objection to the record on appeal as incomplete (filed last week); (2)the outstanding UIPA public record request; and (3) the forthcoming request for a subpoena for document production, which will be filed today or tomorrow. We are unable to submit a final list of exhibits or witnesses until we get clarification on what additional records might be forthcoming.
