DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, had no objection to Appellant's request for <br /> the extension. <br /> PURSUANT to Board Rule 3-1, the chairperson of the Board has the authority to fix the <br /> time for the filing of briefs, and take all of the actions authorized by law that are deemed <br /> necessary for the orderly and just conduct of a hearing. Pursuant to this rule, the chairperson <br /> enters this First Amended Scheduling Order as follows: <br /> 1. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for exhibits is hereby extended from September <br /> 25, 2024 to October 02, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. <br /> 2. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for responsive exhibits is hereby extended from <br /> September 27, 2024 to October 04, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. <br /> 3. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for witness lists is hereby extended from <br /> September 27, 2024 to October 02, 2024, by 4:30 p.m. <br /> All other deadlines/items in the Scheduling Order dated September 11, 2024, remain in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> The chairperson, for good cause, reserves the right to further amend the Scheduling <br /> Order.
