access for the pig hunters but you know also for the sheep hunters as well yeah and
we talked about safety concerns as to as like on accessibility in the event of
emergency or whatever it may be. Yeah. What he is talking about gates, I just wanted
to say the reason why we had spoken about gates, especially Abraham, is due to the
fact that if it ever has to be closed due to hunter abuse by poachers or you know
people possibly dumping in these roads. That would be an option, that gate would
be their present.Versus having to go back up and install these gates to now fight this
problem, you know what I mean? So that's the whole implement of why we've
suggested the gates and stuff like that. But just because the gate is there doesn't
mean it has to be closed. But it's just a safety precaution in case we ever need to.
Have this, you know, implemented. So that was a part of the discussion.Yeah, that
being said, would anybody else get any other? Questions on this fencing?
RD Duerr, District 1. Ian,do we know how long this proposed road is.
IC Sorry, I didn't measure it out. Imagine could be 4 or S miles worth of road if we do an
entire loop.
TWC Another thing,oh sorry, District 2, 1 want to mention that we didn't talk about the
road would be potentially on more towards the lava flows, avoiding the forest
reserve. So that it is less detrimental to the forest.Versus cutting road into the forest
right. So, I think that will be better planning as well. Yeah,so that it'll be easy for
both.Versus just have one top entrance or the bottom entrance line.
RD Robert Duerr District 1. Ian, is this talk story or has this project been written up? Is
there any draft on it? Any timetable?Any budget figures that are wrapped in,where
are we with this project?
IC This is part of the kind of getting people on board process and then,we'll probably
just schedule a dozer. I do not have a budget because it'll be done in-house.So
usually, I don't have to figure out a budget for the dozer if I had to contract and I must
figure that out. But it'll take a little bit to get compliance and then once we get
compliance and get the dozer scheduled,we can probably get started. I still put it
out at 18 months because it's hard for me to get a dozer scheduled even in house.
TWC Okay. Got it.Anyone else has any questions?
Okay, looks like none, I'd like to thank you Nick and Ian for being here and you guys'
presentation. Thank you, awesome update. Okay, looking forward to the future on
that.
Moving to old business.
9
