Commissioner Salavea moved to not reconsider this request, <br /> however, withdrew his motion because he was not at the prior Commission <br /> meeting. Commissioner Fischer motioned to deny any request for reconsideration. <br /> The motion was seconded by Commissioner Lacerte, with no discussion, and the <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Complaints in the non-acceptance category: <br /> HPC 26-07: Commissioner Fischer moved to ratify the non-acceptance.
