r
MARKETING & COMMLJNITY ENGAGEMENT
TUN HAWAI-I will implement a targeted and community -based marketing approach focused on
controlled growth, local partnerships, and consistent guest experience.
Marketing efforts will prioritize collaboration with small local businesses in Hilo and across HaNvai'i
Island. Partner businesses may be provided with themed reservation passwords that they may share with
their customers. These passwords will be used as part of the online reservation system and Will be
intended to create a sense of engagement while helping to manage and distribute reservations in a
controlled manner.
Reservation passwords may also be periodically- shared through TUN HAWAI`I,s website and social
media platforms to maintain visibility and encourage interest. While reservations will be encouraged to
support structured service and capacity control, Nvalk-in guests will be welcome When space allows and at
staff discretion.
The use of themed passwords will be part of the guest experience and branding. It will not restrict access
to the general public, and all guests will be welcome to make reservations or inquire in person. The layout will allow for clear visibility across the space and will support
continuous staff monitoring.
The only public entrance to the speakeasy will be through the retail shop.
