We have quorum today with four <br />Board members. <br /> <br />I’m Gabriella Cabanas, Chair of the Merit Appeals Board—and seated with me at the <br />Hilo Council Chambers, at the Hawaiʻi County Building, at 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, <br />Room 1401, in Hilo, are our Assistant—not Assistant—our Vice-Chair, Suzi Bond. <br /> <br />MS.
