I move that, as discussed, we accept and file the DAG update listed <br />on the agenda—Deputy Attorney—yeah, that’s a DAG—hello, you want acronym, yeah. <br />The Deputy Attorney General’s updates, as listed on the agenda. <br /> <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: So, we’re in open session right now? <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes, we are. <br /> <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: And so, protocol—is Trisha still here? <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: No. <br /> <br />MS. BOND: No. <br /> <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Oh, okay. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: But she agreed to our motion when we discussed— <br /> <br />MR.
