<br />8. Application 09 -43, Wal -Mart Stores, Inc., dba Wal -Mart #2473, by letter
<br />dated May 9th, 2011, pursuant to Rule 4 -2 -L of the Rules and Regulations
<br />of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the
<br />County of Hawai'i, State of Hawai'i, requests permission to extend the time
<br />of issuance of its original Retail General liquor license for an additional six
<br />months, to December 3, 2011.
<br />9. Waikoloa Venture, LLC, dba Aloha Wine Bar, dba Island Gourmet
<br />Markets, by letter dated May 10, 2011, received May 12, 2011, informs the
<br />Liquor Commission of the resignation of Mr. Jerry Kazuo Imai as Vice
<br />President/Director, effective February 2011, and the election of Mr. Miles
<br />Mitsuo Oda as Executive Vice President /Director of Waikoloa Venture,
<br />LLC, effective March, 2011.
