Commissioner Morifuji moved to approve the request to <br />extend the time for issuance of the liquor license for good <br />cause shown for an additional 12 months, from July 3, 2026, <br />to and including July 3, 2027, by letter received May 19, 2026, <br />of its Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license, Category A, <br />located at 82-6061 Captain Cook Village Road, Captain Cook, <br />Hawaii; Seconded by Commissioner Taniguchi. <br />Yadao: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Yadao: Seeing none, all those in favor say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Yadao: Opposed "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />Yadao: Motion has carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />2.
