They have installed a massive <br />rooster farm/shelter and outbuildings within 75ft of of property lines. This is a gross violation and needs <br />to be remedied immediately. Please find attached our officially signed and dated Zoning Violation <br />Compliant. I am the neighbor directly next to him and despite multiple attempts by owners and HOA to <br />remedy it is met with hostility and anger, in some cases threatening which have all been reported to <br />Hawaii Police.
