The <br /> proposed subdivision would create six(7) lots for single-family residential use. A tentative <br /> subdivision map/site plan is attached [or will be provided with the full application]. <br /> Specific Variance Requested <br /> Pursuant to Rule 22 of the Subdivision Code (which allows variances for water supply in <br /> subdivisions of six lots or fewer where public water is unavailable and adequate rainfall <br /> supports catchment), I request a variance to permit the use of individual or shared rainwater <br /> catchment systems on each lot as the primary water source, in lieu of connection to or <br /> dedication of a county water system. <br /> 2 <br />
