4.Recruitment to Fill Vacancy on the Committee. <br />E. Imamura stated that, at this point, the vacancy can be filled from any district. However, <br />members agreed that it would be nice to have a cross section of the island, and mentioned <br />that we do not have any member from the Waimea or Kau area. S. Stanbro is in contact with <br />the Kona Outdoor Circle. E. Imamura will forward the application form to members. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />Due to the schedule of J.
