Mizuno, Department of Parks & Recreation. <br />P. Mizuno reported that this is the second year in which the County of Hawaii has been <br />designated a Tree City. She received two Tree City USA signs and asked for suggestions on <br />their placement, one for the East side and one for the West side of the island. The <br />Department of Public Works will install the signs. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by S. Stanbro and seconded by M.
