Bisel, Chairperson. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />Chair Bisel reported that the August 25, 2005 meeting was not held because of a lack of quorum. <br />J. Anderson moved and M. Kraus seconded the motion to accept the minutes of the <br />June 16, 2005 meeting.
