Further discussion regarding Communication No. 2010-073 dated 9/30/10 from <br />Council Member Dennis “Fresh” Onishi to the Board, requesting that it review and <br />resubmit comments and recommendations regarding Bill 230, relating to the Code of <br />Ethics. Includes Communication No. 2010-075 from Debbie Hecht and <br />Communication No. 2010-077 from Council Member Onishi. <br />b. Informal hearing on Petition No. 2010-09, alleging that an officer and officer’s aide <br />improperly used County property and equipment for personal or campaign purposes <br />and improperly engaged in a personal or business relationship as supervisor and <br />subordinate. <br />6.EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />With reference to the agenda items listed below, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated. In particular, the Board of Ethics anticipates it may consider the evaluation, <br />dismissal, or disciplining of an officer or employee of the County of Hawai‘i, where <br />considerations of matters affecting privacy will be involved. The Board may also consult <br />with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, <br />privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
