Counsel’s report regarding matters and/or inquiries received by the Board, including: <br />(1) Gifts Disclosure Statement received from a member of the Workforce Investment <br />Board. <br />6.UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />a. Petition No. 2010-11: Review draft order dismissing the petition, which questioned <br />whether an officer had a conflict of interest when voting on Bill 283, and whether <br />statements made by the officer caused the officer to violate financial disclosure <br />requirements. <br />b. Petition No. 2011-07:Further initial review of petition alleging that an officer, “by <br />offering solely to the Bank of Hawai‘i the purchase of Hawai‘i County General <br /> <br />
