Petition No. 2010-06: Initial review of petition alleging that the Board, or its <br />members, had a conflict of interest in its handling of a petition. <br />b. Petition No. 2010-07: Employee’s request for informal advisory opinion on <br />whether she may work part-time as a security guard at a transfer station while also <br />employed as an account clerk with the Department of Environmental <br />Management. <br />6.UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Review of draft Order dismissing Petition No. 2010-04, alleging that two County officers <br />did not file gift disclosures for meals at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. <br /> <br />
