8.2 Contents of Disclosures <br />a. The disclosure of financial interests shall state the <br />financial interest of the person disclosing, whether held <br />in his name or by any other person for his use and <br />benefit, and shall include all information required by <br />Section 2- 91.1(c), HCC. <br />8.3 Form of Disclosures <br />a. The form of confidential disclosures shall be as <br />prescribed by the Board. The form of public disclosures <br />shall be as prescribed by the County Clerk. <br />b. Forms can be obtained from the Office of the County <br />Clerk, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, <br />Hawaii 96720, during regular business hours. <br />8.4 Filing of Disclosures <br />a. Financial disclosures shall be filed in accordance with <br />Section 2-91.1(b) ,r HCC. <br />b. All public financial disclosures shall be filed with the <br />Office of the County Clerk. All confidential disclosures <br />shall be filed with the Board of Ethics. <br />8.5 Confidentiality of Disclosures <br />a. The financial disclosure statements of the following <br />persons shall be public record and may be opened for <br />inspection by the public during office hours of the <br />County Clerk: <br />(1) All candidates for elective office. <br />(2) All elected officers. <br />(3) The administrative heads of the County agencies and <br />their first deputies. <br />(4) The managing director and deputy managing director. <br />b. All other financial disclosure statements required to be <br />filed under Section 2 -91.1, HCC, shall be confidential <br />and accessible only by action of the Board of Ethics. <br />8.6 Recordation and Review <br />a. on rece t of a confidential financial disclosure <br />req ed o be filed with the Board, it shall be <br />-19- <br />
