AMENDMENT OF RULE 5.6 OF THE RULES OF PRACTICE <br />AND ERQCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />8.6 Recordation and Review <br />a. Upon receipt of a confidential financial disclosure <br />required to be filed with the Board, it shall be <br />received, time - stamped, and acknowledged by the <br />secretary of the Board. <br />b. The disclosure [may] will be reviewed by the Board for <br />conflict of interests or discrepancies. If there is no <br />conflict or discrepancy, the Board will acknowledge <br />receipt of disclosure and file without further action. <br />C. If a discrepancy is found, the Board will advise the <br />officer or employee of the discrepancy, and it is the <br />officer's or employee's responsibility to correct the <br />discrepancy. <br />d.
