Souza said you would have to <br />register with Civil Defense, but he cautioned that some cell phones do not work but <br />texting does. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />A. Veriato submitted program statistics for the Volunteer Disabled Parking <br />Enforcement Program for July to September 2007 which was distributed to MCPD <br />members. <br />B.
