Gleason referred to the policy written by Corporation Counsel when the <br />committee lacks a quorum to conduct a meeting. <br />T. Spinola-Campbell suggested that the news release include a statement about the <br />public to call to confirm the meeting or put a notice in the newspaper canceling the <br />meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />A.
