Peters moved to approve the agenda as submitted. A. Mejia seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />C. Kitaoka moved to approve the January 16, 2009 minutes. A. Mejia seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />A revised budget status report from N. Kelly was circulated and reviewed by CSW. <br />K. Nova stated that only one mental health screening kit is needed so the committee will <br />not be expending $385. <br />K. Peters reported that it will cost approximately $1,000 to do a radio ad for equal pay. <br />CSW agreed to make a decision once E. Cabatu provides more information. <br />A. Mejia said she is waiting for information on teens internet protection for parents from <br />Detective John Ancheta since he was inquiring with a specialized person from Oahu. <br />There will be no cost if this person is able to do the presentation. It will be a one-day <br />event with East Hawaii during the day and West Hawaii in the evening. However, CSW <br />Hawai‘i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br /> <br />
