Mejia moved to request that New Business, A. Guest Speaker - L. Godoy, be <br />moved up on the agenda since she had to leave early. K. Peters seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />N. Kelly moved to approve the March 20, 2008 minutes. K. Nova seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br />N. Kelly moved to accept the treasurer’s report. E. Takazawa seconded the <br />motion. N. Kelly reported that Council member B. Ford offered to appropriate <br />funding in CSW’s budget for next year for the little projects that the committee <br />does.
