A. Mejia seconded the motion. It was decided to purchase the following <br />quantities: But I Love Him – 400, But He Never Hit me – 400, and Destructive <br />Relationships – 200. The motion was passed. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Next Meeting <br />A. Mejia moved to change the next meeting to Friday, May 16, 2008. <br />K. Peters seconded the motion. Since there will not be a quorum if the <br />meeting was scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2008, it was agreed that the <br />meeting will be changed to Friday, May 16, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. in Waimea. <br />The motion was passed. <br />D. Pung announced that April 23, 2008 is denim day. A judge in Italy <br />overturned a conviction of a rapist because he said that the victim was <br />wearing jeans so it did not happen. In protest, women wear jeans on April 23. <br />K. Nova said she would like to add Teens Internet Protection under New <br />Business for next month. <br />B.
