Kelly moved to approve the agenda as submitted. K. Nova seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />N. Kelly moved to approve the December 21, 2007 minutes. A. Mejia seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s report was circulated. <br />C. Ka-ipo moved to accept the treasurer’s report. K.
