NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Election of Officers <br />K. Nova moved to accept the following slate of officers as presented by the <br />nominating committee: <br />Chair – D. Pung <br />Vice-Chair – C. Kitaoka <br />Secretary – E. Takazawa <br />Treasurer – N. Kelly <br />K. Peters seconded the motion. The motion was passed. <br />B. Guest Speaker – Council member Brenda Ford – Welcome <br />B. Ford thanked CSW for inviting her to the meeting because this was the first <br />opportunity to work with the committee on some heavy issues. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Next Meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on Friday, July 20, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Hilo. <br />Location to be announced. <br />B.
