Lake reported that a legislative aide from Representative Helene HaleÓs office will <br />be submitting a request for co-sponsorship on alternative health for WomenÓs Health <br />Month. <br />C. Guest Speakers <br />M. Lake reported that Senator Lorraine Inouye has agreed to be a guest speaker <br />again after the closing of the legislature in April. M. Lake is in the process of <br />compiling a list of potential guest speakers. <br />D. CSW Program Budget Î Ratification <br />L. Guluzzy moved to ratify CSWÓs program budget. P. Newland seconded the <br />motion. The motion was passed. <br />P. Newland raised an issue of establishing a website for CSW to <br />events and to provide a profile of CSW. J. Viernes pointed out that the County of <br />Hawaii has a website that the committee could link into. M. Masunaga added that <br />another vehicle to use is the County newsletter on email. <br />E. Training Meeting <br />M. Lake suggested planning a training meeting in June when the other two <br />vacancies are filled. CSW agreed. <br />F. NACW Convention 2004 <br />Tabled. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Next meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on Friday, March 19, at 10 a.m. in Waimea. Location <br />to be announced. <br />B. Schedules <br />J. Balberde-Kamalii will be unable to attend the March meeting. P. Newland may be <br />out of town for the March meeting. L.
